Who will qualify for this program?
Anyone who has a section 8 voucher who wants to rent a nice land/home package.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit on all our homes is one month’s rent ($550-$700).
What do you do next?
Search our available properties for the home that best suits you. Complete an online application and have your deposit and voucher
ready. We will work with you and the section 8 staff to get you into a new home as soon as possible!
What is Section 8?
Section 8, or the Housing Choice Voucher Program, is a Federal housing program which provides housing assistance to low-income renters and homeowners. This assistance comes in the form of rental subsidies, limiting the monthly rent payment of the assistance recipient.
