Who will Qualify for this program?
Anyone who wants to buy a land/home package who:
- has credit problems in the past
- has no established credit yet
- has a hard time saving money for a down-payment
- has trouble proving stable income
What do you Need to Qualify?
All you need to qualify for this homeownership program is a $1500 down payment plus the first month’s payment (usually a total of
about $2200).
How does this Home Ownership Program work?
Our program gives you up to 5 years to qualify for traditional bank financing. In the meantime, we work with you to build or
re-establish your credit and we help you accumulate a larger down payment. Each month that you make your payment on time, we credit
to you $100 of your monthly payment towards your total down payment. If it takes all 5 years to qualify, you could earn $7500 towards
the purchase price of your new home ($1500 from your original down-payment plus $100 per month for 60 months).
What happens if you don’t qualify for Bank Financing within 5 years?
If you still don’t qualify for traditional bank financing after 5 years AND you have made all your payments ON-TIME for those 5 years,
we will OWNER FINANCE the home for you!

What if you don’t find a home that is Exactly where you want to live?
We have a large inventory of homes. If you don’t find your dream home immediately, consider moving into a home that will work for you
for now and begin the program. Chances are we will be getting a home in the area that you want to live and you can transfer your
accumulated credits and down payment to that home when it becomes available.
Restrictions
This program is only available to homes that are listed on our site that are designated as available for the “Rent-To-Own” program.
We do not offer this program on homes that we do not own and we do not offer this program on all of our homes.
