Realtors are welcome to participate in all our programs.
We offer several solutions to help you help your customers.
Scenario 1 – Customer Approved and Looking for a New Home
If you have a customer who is looking for a brand new home, we offer can offer you a 3% commission on all our homes PLUS a $2500 selling
bonus. We can even pay the closing costs in most cases.
Scenario 2 – Customer Approved for 90% but Needs a Seller 2nd Mortgage
If you have a customer who is approved for at least 90% but needs a Seller Held 2nd Mortgage, we can help! We will hold a seller 2nd
up to 10% with no payments for 18 months. On these programs, we offer a flat $1000 commission.
Scenario 3 – Customer Needs Owner Financing
If you have a customer who needs owner financing, we can help! Our owner financing programs require that the buyer have 7% of the
purchase price as a down payment and that they can afford 1% of the purchase price as a monthly payment. For example, if they want to
buy a new home for $125,000, their down payment required is $8750 (7%) and their monthly payment will be $1250. On our owner
financing programs, we offer a flat $1000 commission.
Scenario 4 – Customer is looking for a Land/Home Package
If you have a customer who is looking for a Land/Home Package, we can help! We offer Rent To Own and Owner Financing on all of our
land/home packages. Our Rent To Own program allows your buyers to make a small down payment ($1500) and we also credit $100 of their
monthly payment towards the down payment for up to 5 years. Our owner financing program requires a down payment of 7% and a monthly
payment of 1% of the purchase price (like Scenario 3 above).
On our Land/Home Packages, we offer a Commission to Realtors as follows:
