Loan Officers are welcome to participate in our programs. We offer several solutions to help you make more money and close more loans.
Scenario 1 - Customer Approved but No House Yet
Of course, we would like to help all your customers who can qualify for 100%, FHA, or Community Homebuyer Programs. And we welcome
those referrals and will gladly pay all allowable closing costs (so that you can make your maximum allowable fees).
We also can help those customers that you get approved for at least 90% that need a seller held 2nd mortgage. In these cases, we will
hold a seller 2nd mortgage with no payments for the first 18 months and we will gladly pay all allowable closing costs (so that you can
make your maximum allowable fees).
Scenario 2 – Customer Can’t Qualify Today!
If you have a customer who is looking for a new home but can’t qualify for at least 90% financing today, we offer rent-to-own on all
of our land/home packages and owner financing on both our land/home packages and our stick built homes.
We offer an Origination Fee to Loan Officers as follows:

As soon as your customers can qualify to refinance, you are free to refinance them and pay us off with your new loan. This method
allows you to make some money NOW and help your customers improve their qualifications to refinance with you in the future.
