Our Program
Our program for investors is simple and straightforward. Simply stated, we assist the new homebuyer in finding their new home and you
assist them in providing the financing for their new home. At closing, our program pays you for your contribution. Here’s how it
works:
- The new homebuyer is pre-qualified and finds a new home for their family
- You supply the credit and finance the home for them using our money for the down payment
- We then Owner Finance the home for them and pay you for your contribution
There is no cash requirement from you only the use of your credit to help!
Qualifications
In order to participate, you must be able to qualify for the initial loan to finance the property for the deserving family. Usually,
this means that you must have excellent credit, stable income, and some cash reserves.
Payment
Upon completion of the financing transaction you earn a fee of $3000 for your contribution. Depending upon your qualifications, it is
possible to finance up to 10 properties for 10 different families. How much you earn and help is up to you.
As you can see, this is a win-win for both you and the new home buying family.
