Northstar Holdings, LLC was formed to help people rent, rent-to-own, and buy a new home. Although we are familiar with the Section 8
Program and do rent some properties, our ultimate goal is to help people buy a new home. We would love the opportunity to work with
you (or your clients) to help you (them) find a safe and enjoyable place to live.
We are a local company headquartered in Greer, SC at 403 N. Main Street. Our Managing Member has been in business since 1991 and has
helped over 3000 people buy homes (see Testimonials) and we enjoy seeing people succeed.
