If you have at least 10% of the purchase price available for a down payment and you can afford a monthly payment equal to 1% of the purchase price, we will OWNER FINANCE your new home for you.
How long is the Owner Financing?
The term of your new loan is 30 years at a fixed rate! Your payment will only go up (or down) if your taxes or insurance premiums are increased (decreased) by the county tax assessor’s office or your insurance company.
Can I pay off the Owner Financing Loan at any time?
Yes! Your new loan has no pre-payment penalties and you can refinance your loan with a traditional lender just as soon as you qualify.
